ACCEPTABLE NOT TO KNOW THE RULES?
I go to work everyday and I am far from perfect but I certainly have to pay the consequences if I do wrong. Why is that not the same for the NFL officials? What can the NFL do to fix this pressing issue?
I am obviously talking about the game Monday night with the Lions facing the Seahawks. I have read many comments about the play that happened and the general conscious is the refs blew the call. How is it possible for that to happen and not be fixed immediately, especially when they have the head of officiating on the horn in New York at all times.
Every game is important in the NFL season and I'm not saying the Lions would have won but I would like to think that the odds were in there favor with 1st and goal from the 6 inch line. The point is they should of had that opportunity and an apology from the league is unacceptable solution to the situation.
Could they have taken the time to reach out to NY and ask them what was the best course of action or did the line judge just not know the rule? I am a believer in the human error in sports and the on the spot calls but somethings we need to make sure we get right, this is one of those instances.
Punishment needs to be the first step because in my opinion it is a privilege to be a referee in any of the major sports markets. It is not just about the money so suspending him ( the line judge) from the playoffs and Super Bowl should be because of his lack of knowledge at his craft, not a form of financial punishment.
I hope the NFL gets this situation fixed sooner rather than later. Would love to hear your thoughts on the matter.

FANTASY SPORTS
Asking the Oracle will help.
Welcome to the Sport Oracle blog post. This is a blog that is all about sports and the fans views about the game. I want this to be an open site to vent, express, complain, cheer and discuss your thoughts on sports. We can talk about any sport and any form of fantasy from that sport. We can discuss lines and odds on teams as well. Then we will be talking about what I care about in sports and I look forward to communicating with you about what you care about in sports. The games are nothing without the fans and the jobs created because of the popularity of the games. I want hear the opinions and facts that fans and consumers banter in. This will be a very active page with fantasy advice and answers to all your questions. If I can't find the answer, somebody in this group will.
